A Global Platform for Resilient, Inclusive, Nature-Based Innovation

Led by PVBLIC Foundation, backed by global family offices.

A New Era of Environmental Resilience

REIN carries forward the legacy of the U.S. State Department’s groundbreaking CCE initiative, deepening its vision through a sovereign-aligned, public-private-academic platform designed for global scale. Where CCE demonstrated the power of catalytic climate entrepreneurship across Latin America, REIN expands that momentum—anchoring it in national strategies, multilateral frameworks, and long-term investment ecosystems. Stewarded by PVBLIC Foundation and its global partners, REIN transforms a successful pilot into a permanent institutional pathway for environment-driven innovation and inclusive prosperity.

Key Milestones

  • U.S. State Department launches and implements the CCE Hubs initiative.

  • Deployed regional hubs across Latin America to advance climate entrepreneurship.
