About Us

Bold Vision.  Fearless Leadership.
Transformative Action.

History

PVBLIC Foundation was founded in November 2011 with a mission to harness media, data, and technology not just to address specific challenges but to help solve global problems, fostering sustainable development and profound social impact. Officially established in 2012, the foundation made its debut to the global community during a seminal TEDx talk on March 30 of that year, marking a significant milestone in its ambitious journey.

Incorporated in New York, PVBLIC rapidly distinguished itself as a beacon of innovative philanthropy, drawing comparisons to the storied legacies of the most respected charitable institutions. Since its inception, PVBLIC Foundation has pioneered initiatives that have reached over a billion people across 125 countries, driving significant actions towards the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and establishing new standards for cooperation and impact in the philanthropic community.

Mission

PVBLIC Foundation is fearless in confronting global challenges, employing innovation to unlock groundbreaking solutions that others might see as impossible. Our mission is to activate and unite global changemakers through robust collaboration, using media, data, and technology to foster sustainable development. We are visionaries, turning complex visions into actionable realities and ensuring that every initiative is not only innovative but also has a lasting impact.

Vision

Our vision embodies a sustainable planet shaped by strategic partnerships and transformative innovation. As visionariesin sustainability and development, we craft forward-thinking strategies that integrate short-term actions with long-term objectives. PVBLIC Foundation is dedicated to redefining the scope of what is possible, transforming challenges into opportunities for global change through committed collaboration and strategic planning.

Our Commitments

Building Systems, Sustaining Impact, Catalyzing Systems Change

As PVBLIC transitions institutionally, we uphold four enduring commitments that guide every aspect of our operations, ensuring alignment with sovereign needs, multilateral goals, and long-term public benefit. These are not operational preferences — they are foundational to everything we build, finance, and steward:

  • Sustainable Development: We build resilient systems that foster sustainable development, emphasizing local ownership, sovereign capacity, and global sustainability goals that extend beyond traditional economic measures.

  • Long-Term Partnerships: Our partnerships with sovereigns, multilateral institutions, and family offices are designed for systemic change — emphasizing scalability, durability, and shared long-term objectives.

  • Strategic Facilitation: We serve as a neutral facilitator, bringing together public, private, and philanthropic actors to align on purpose, execute with fiduciary rigor, and deliver measurable outcomes.

  • Global Collaboration: We sustain a global network of mission-driven leaders and institutions committed to scaling solutions, accelerating systemic change, and building resilient, future-ready societies.

These commitments ensure that PVBLIC’s architecture — from capital platforms to sovereign data systems — remains resilient, adaptable, and fit for both today’s challenges and tomorrow’s opportunities.

Our Values

PVBLIC Foundation’s work is guided by a clear set of values that inform every decision, system, partnership, and platform. These principles ensure that we operate not only with technical rigor, but with ethical clarity, strategic foresight, and a commitment to enduring impact.

  • Fearless: We pursue challenges that may seem unattainable to others, recognizing that true leadership requires the courage to innovate, transform systems, and act ahead of consensus.

  • Innovative: We embed creativity and systems-thinking into everything we design — from program architecture to capital frameworks — ensuring every initiative strengthens resilience and global relevance.

  • Collaborative: We believe collaboration across sectors, regions, and disciplines is essential. We build platforms and partnerships rooted in shared governance, mutual respect, and collective ownership of outcomes.

  • Visionary: We design for the future, not the moment — crafting solutions with imagination, long-term systems foresight, and a commitment to building resilience across generations.

  • Strategic: Every initiative is aligned to clear objectives, multilateral mandates, and sovereign goals. We prioritize action that strengthens governance, scales systems, and sustains impact over time.
