Mexico City, October 29, 2025 — PVBLIC Foundation participated in the Women Economic Forum Iberoamérica 2025, held from October 28 to 30 in Mexico City. This annual gathering brought together global and regional leaders, entrepreneurs, and changemakers under the theme “Women of Impact: Building Sustainable Communities.”

During the Forum, PVBLIC Foundation formalized a partnership with WEF Iberoamérica through the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU), reinforcing a shared commitment to advancing women’s economic empowerment, education, and inclusive investment across the region, in alignment with the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development. PVBLIC President Stephen Keppel was there for the event and signing.

“It was an honor to be in Mexico City as PVBLIC Foundation joined forces with the Women Economic Forum to advance gender equality and women’s empowerment worldwide. Through this partnership, we’ll unite PVBLIC’s global reach in media, data, and technology with the Forum’s powerful network for dialogue and mentorship — together amplifying women’s voices and celebrating their leadership,” he said.

“This MOU is more than a document — it’s a commitment to action, to collaboration, and to a shared vision of a world where every woman and girl can reach her full potential.”

As one of the largest forums promoting women’s leadership and innovation in Latin America, the event served as a key platform for exchanging ideas, building partnerships, and driving collective action toward gender equality and sustainable growth.

On October 29, Stephen Keppel, President of PVBLIC Foundation, joined the panel “2030: Building the Future We Need,” alongside Gina Diez Barroso, Founder of Grupo Diarq and Dalia Empower, and Michelle Ferrari, President of WEF Iberoamérica, who moderated the session.

The discussion highlighted the pivotal role of private capital and family offices in accelerating progress toward the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). Panelists explored how over $6 trillion USD in global assets managed by family offices can be mobilized to foster innovation, social impact, and sustainable development, shifting from traditional philanthropy to purpose-driven investment.

PVBLIC President Stephen Keppel emphasized that advancing sustainable economic development requires cross-sector collaboration among governments, private investors, civil society, and academia. He underscored PVBLIC Foundation’s efforts to connect these actors through platforms like the Family Offices for Sustainable Development (FOSD) and the REIN Hubs, which unite governments, universities, and entrepreneurs to drive innovation in nature-based and climate solutions.
