PVBLIC Foundation is excited to announce an opening for a Vice President of Operations—a critical leadership role that will help scale our impact across global initiatives.


As a pioneering nonprofit that works with the United Nations, governments, private sector partners, and civil society organizations, PVBLIC leverages the power of media, data, and technology to accelerate sustainable development. This new VP of Operations will be instrumental in strengthening internal systems, driving organizational strategy, and enabling innovation at every level.


What You’ll Do:

As VP of Operations, you will:

  • Lead and align internal operations across programs and departments.

  • Oversee cross-functional coordination, workflows, and project delivery.

  • Support financial oversight, compliance, and infrastructure growth.

  • Drive team development, internal culture, and performance processes.

  • Represent PVBLIC in high-level engagements and manage key partnerships.

  • Work closely with the President and executive team to implement strategic priorities.


Who We’re Looking For:

We are seeking an experienced leader with:

  • 8–12 years in nonprofit operations, ideally within UN, government, or multilateral spaces.

  • Expertise in project management, internal systems, team leadership, and strategic planning.

  • Familiarity with the UN ecosystem, Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), and public-private partnerships.

  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish (preferred).

  • A background in International Affairs, Nonprofit Management, Public Administration, or a related field.
