After a successful first edition of the Conscious Fashion Campaign: New York Fashion Week in February 2022, the Conscious Fashion Campaign have just announced a new cohort of ten women entrepreneurs advancing fashion industry change, who will be featured in a collective digital billboard campaign throughout New York City during New York Fashion Week, September 9-14, 2022.
The Conscious Fashion Campaign, an initiative of the Fashion Impact Fund in collaboration with the United Nations Office for Partnerships and the PVBLIC Foundation, will highlight these women entrepreneurs and the work they are doing to lead the fashion sector towards a responsible future through visibility in digital media advertisements at key locations in New York City, including Times Square, Spring Studios - the home of New York Fashion Week, and outside the United Nations Headquarters, providing exposure for the honorees to amplify their sustainable solutions.

We’re committed to doing all we can to accelerate this using the power of media, data and technology to shine a light on those that are leading the charge.” - Sergio Fernández de Córdova, Executive Chairman, PVBLIC Foundation
The campaign aims to educate, inform, and inspire a diverse media landscape inclusive of women entrepreneurs shaping the fashion industry and society with innovative solutions.
As we continue to build a better world, initiatives like the Conscious Fashion Campaign, focusing on sustainable fashion and empowering women entrepreneurs to drive social change, are the future of the fashion industry and events like New York Fashion Week.
As Ruth Bader Ginsburg once said “Real change, enduring change, happens one step at a time” here’s hoping the Conscious Fashion Campaign, with its every edition, brings about the change we are looking for; to be in a place where women and men work together in coherence to make the world a better place. Until then let’s all support, empower and uplift the women who are making a difference.
