MAY 27 - 30 | 4th International Conference on Small Island Developing States (SIDS4)

The global Covid-19 pandemic had a significant impact on all island nations, especially those that relied on tourism. Global lockdowns left large holes in these nations’ public funds and set back advancements being taken towards the Sustainable Development Goals. Additionally, climate-change related disasters are on the rise, with island nations both most vulnerable and least responsible. This year, the international community will gather in St John’s, Antigua and Barbuda, to review SIDS’ sustainable development progress and propose new partnerships and solutions to help them achieve resilient prosperity in the coming decade. Register to participate and read more about the event here.
