COP16
COP16, the United Nations Biodiversity Conference of 2024, will be held in Cali, Colombia, from October 21 to November 1, 2024. This will be the first Biodiversity COP since the adoption of the Kunming-Montreal Global Biodiversity Framework at COP15 in Montreal in December 2022.
PVBLIC Foundation is pleased to bring a series of events titled "The Road to COP16 Biodiversity," which will be organized in collaboration with CCE Hubs in Latin America, particularly in Colombia, with pre-COP16 activities in New York, Bogotá, and online. Additionally, an official side event will take place during COP16 in Cali. These events will serve as platforms for high-level strategic engagements, partnership representation, and the announcement of three new climate centers in Latin America. Our goal is to catalyze meaningful dialogue, foster collaboration, and drive viable solutions for biodiversity conservation and climate resilience in the region.
